We offer 2 different styles of Lip Sync Mouth Sets, sausage shape or classic shape. The Akira 101 Lip Sync Mouth Set includes 10 or 15 different mouth shapes, depending on the style chosen. They are compatible with our Akira 101 Blank Head and Akira 101 Face Replacements (Male and Female), enabling you to have an easy replacement lip sync system.
Each mouth shape has a magnet to facilitate replacement on the face. This also gives you repeatability for the positioning of the mouth. Each mouth shape can be painted with acrylic paints or even add extra features on top of it with clay.
This mouth shape allows you to perform lip-syncing and a range of emotions.

- Lightweight but strong plastic construction using white Nylon PA2200.
- Paint it and/or Clay it. Paint all the parts or shape them with oven-baked clay like Super Sculpey (for oven-baked clays please note a 90°C max. temperature) and Super Sculpey firm or air-dry clay such as apoxie sculpt or miliput.
- Each mouth shape has a hidden magnet inserted and glued (no assembly required).

Fantastic.
This set of mouth pieces is very nice, they are molded with precision and you will be hard pressed to find so much as a seem.
I was worried they would be too flat, but they have enough depth to look dynamic but without bulking and sticking off the face too much.
Once painted they look very nice on the head.
I feel like the mouth should be included with the head, but it isn’t just ‘a’ mouth, it’s ‘several’ mouths, so I can understand the and appreciate the decision to package it separately as that would drive up the cost, and some times even just a few dollars is the difference between fitting in the budget, and not.
