UPuno knows that you care about how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do so carefully and sensibly.
It is important for us to be able to collect data from our customers as it assists us in providing a quicker, more efficient service, modifying and improving our website speed, design, security and efficiency and to assist us in providing more relevant offers and promotions to our customers.
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data (meaning information about an individual from which that individual can be personally identified) we collect from you, or that you or others provide to us, will be processed by us.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, phone, address, email address and also the shipping tracking numbers (these are unique to an order, and thus to a person).
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
How do you get my consent?

Who do we share your data with?
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us (like for example payment gateways).
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers (Stripe and Paypal), we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Where do we send your data?
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
On certain occasions (like when using marketing automation tools), we may use services outside of the European Union. We will only use those platforms that are GDPR complaint (such as those holding a Privacy Shield contract in place).
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
How do we protect your data?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
We do not store your credit card information. We use Paypal/Stripe as a payment gateway. The information shared with them is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Also, to increase security, our site has been enabled with SSL certificates where information between our site and you is shared encrypted (https).
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments / made purchases, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
